2009 CLC is a GO

General
I normally wait until Thursday to make this call, but the forecast appears to be stable so I am making the "go" call now. Forecast is expected to be mid-80's, which will make this one of the warmest CLC's in the event's history. Wind speed and direction are still a bit of an issue, so I will continue to monitor that closely. If Lake Michigan is forecast to be too rough, we may avoid it completely and run our "half-looped" route. I also do not yet know if we will be stopping at DuSable Harbor or not. More information will be coming out shortly, both on this site as well as via email.
