Goodies and DiscountsGoodiesMost of us realize that “goodies” can make events like this memorable and fun. The Chicago Loop Cruise set the bar extremely high in terms of graphic design and the products we have produced using these designs. 2010 will, however, be a bit different than prior years because I am greatly reducing the options available due to time constraints and a very limited budget.
In the past, we have had a t-shirt and a "package". The contents of the "package" was always a secret, but contained a number of different items. This year, we will limit our "goodies" to just a t-shirt. 2010 CLC registration requires ordering at least one t-shirt due to limited time and minimum quantities needed to achieve a predictable price for these items. You are, of course, welcome (and encouraged) to order as t-shirts as you wish, just as in prior years. Registration and goodie orders are NOT refundable. Finally, the entire ordering process is via paypal using whatever method of payment you wish. No order form to print! No stamps! No checks to write! While it is not the fanciest shopping cart around, its the best I could come up with in limited time and it works!! :-) Clicking on any of the "add to cart" buttons below will open a second browser window or tab to paypal for that item. You can change the quantity for any item once on that page. The paypal button marked "continue shopping" on that paypal page, however does not work. Return to this CLC page to select additional shirts, including each individual shirt size. Registration and orders MUST be completed Friday, April 9. 2010 5:00pm CDT!! Remember to submit the actual registration form, in addition to the "goodie order" below.
HeaterCraft Discounts The Chicago Loop Cruise is the only rally Heatercraft will sponsor this year and they have again extended a VERY generous discount on their products, a small portion of which will be contributed back to the CLC budget. These prices are $60-$100 below retail and INCLUDE shipping! You can't beat this deal and a heater can substantially extend your boating season!! Because this offer is a portion of HeaterCraft's sponsorship, and not to be confused with an actual retail offer, all sales are going directly through me. This means you select the unit you want, and send me a check. I will consolidate the orders every few days as necessary and write a check to HeaterCraft for all orders. HeaterCraft will drop ship your order directly to the address you provide. HeaterCraft will support any questions or tech support you might require, and all systems are backed by their warranty. For more information on HeaterCraft products, please click on their logo above or visit their website at http://www.heatercraft.com. Each model below is a "complete system" and includes mounting brackets, vent hose, switch with mounting plate, 9 foot wiring harness, universal brass engine fittings, and 25 feet of 5/8" heater hose. Custom configurations are possible, so contact me if none of the configurations below meets your needs. NOTE: These units are not ignition protected and should not be installed where a spark could ignite explosive fumes, such as in your bilge or engine compartment. These systems are very easy to install on any engine size, regardless of whether you have a fresh water, or closed cooling system. "Euro Vents" are flush mounted vents. "Hot Tubes" are flush mounted, but can be extended 6-8 feet. Hot tubes are my preferred vent type because people can move the vent to wherever desired. I tell most people to take these hot tubes, and push them inside their jacket. They blow up like astronauts, but the "tent" created by their clothes gets them balmy in a hurry. With the canvas up, the hot tubes typically stay put, and the canvas does the job. I have the 4 outlet version of the heater, with a total of 5 vents. 4 hot tubes in the cockpit, and one "euro vent" in the cabin using a "y" adapter on one outlet. You cannot have too much heat when you really want it, so I recommend the 4 outlet version for most applications. However, many people prefer the 3 outlet version. Both units are rated at 40,000 BTUs. If you want one (or more) of these, send me an email with the model number and your shipping address. PLEASE SPECIFY WHITE OR BLACK VENTS. I will reply to that email with further information. Your email is just a "heads-up". No order will be processed until your check and information is received. 3H Series - 3 Outlet
