2010 REGISTRATION FORM

REGISTRATION DEADLINE: Friday, April 9. 2010 5:00pm CDT

Registration for this event will be conducted entirely by email. Please complete the form below. Review your entries carefully, then select the button marked "Submit Comment". A response will be directed to the email address you provide once the registration has been processed.

Registration and our "goodie" order are being conducted simultaneously, and both processes are required for the 2010 CLC. You will be directed to additional information regarding the required goodie order after you submit the form below.

If you are a boat owner not entering a boat, and are attending as a passenger with a friend, please register independently. This allows communication directly with you via email or phone by adding you to the email distribution list. You also get listed separately in the attendee directory distributed to all participants. The attendee page will be updated with your registration information once it has been fully processed as soon as possible.

In terms of the information being shared with other participants... there MAY be a directory that is emailed to everyone just before the cruise. Some have found this info useful for caravanning, getting together after the event, even using cell phones during the event. Phone #'s, email addresses, etc are NEVER listed on this site. I can eliminate your phone numbers and email from that directory if you REALLY want to, but nearly everyone leaves that information available to other participants (again - only in the emailed directory). Participants are asked to respect each other's privacy and NOT use this information for any reason other than related to the Chicago Loop Cruise.

This event is in no way endorsed by or affiliated with Crownline Boats, its affiliates, or its employees. Your participation, and the participation of your passengers, is entirely at each participant's own risk. There is no assumption of liability by anyone for this event. Ensure the safety of yourself, your passengers and other participants by taking appropriate safety precautions. By registering for and/or participating in the 2010 Chicago Loop Cruise, you agree that neither the sponsors, volunteers nor anyone affiliated with the 2010 Chicago Loop Cruise event, will be held responsible for any accidents, thefts, vandalism, personal injury, or property damage arising directly or indirectly that may occur.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Crownline Boats, Inc., Donald J. C. Chambers, event sponsors and event volunteers, collectively, or their officers and assistants individually, from all cost, expense, and liability which may be caused, by any act or failure to act, by anyone associated with the 2010 Chicago Loop Cruise.
